2017 COA/CORS/CORA Annual meeting and Ottawa Hip Symposium information for exhibitors




Meeting Dates: June 15-18, 2017
Exhibit Show Dates: June 15-17, 2017
Venue: Provinces and Confederation Ballroom, Level 4, The Westin Hotel
Booths: Booths will be in increments of 10'x10'. Ceiling height is 15.9'


Booth Prices:

The cost of a 10’x10’ exhibit booth is $5000 plus 13% HST (total: $5650), if reserved on or before January 31, 2017. The cost of a 10'x10’ exhibit booth is $5800 plus 13% HST (total: $6554), if reserved on or after February 1, 2017.

ISLAND BOOTHS:
The cost of an island booth, 20'x20', is $23,000 plus 13%HST (Total: $25,990), if reserved on or before January 31, 2017.
The cost of an island booth, 20'x20', is $26,200 plus 13% HST (total: $29,606), if reserved on or after February 1, 2017.
The cost of an island booth, 20'x30' is $34,500, plus 13% HST (total: $38,985), if reserved on or before January 31, 2017.
The cost of an island booth, 20'x30', is $39,300 plus 13% HST (total: $44,409), if reserved on or after February 1, 2017.  
**A 50% non-refundable deposit in Canadian funds made payable to The Canadian Orthopaedic Association is required to confirm any exhibit space, due on booth assignment. The balance is due no later than March 31, 2017.

Poster session and reception in the exhibit hall, Friday, June 16, 17:30-19:00. Take advantage of this time to network!
Longer lunch hours: Friday and Saturday 12:30-14:00!

  • Thursday, June 15: 19:00-21:00 Presidents Welcome reception- Exhibit Hall, Provinces and Confederation Ballroom, Level 4, The Westin Hotel
  • Friday, June 16: 09:00-19:00 (times to be confirmed)
  • Saturday, June 17: 09:00-16:30 (times to be confirmed)

Move in: Wednesday, June 14: all day (times to be confirmed)
Move out: Saturday, June 17: 16:30-2400

 NOTE: again this year, there will be NO delegate bags or inserts offered at registration. If you would still like to hand out materials to the delegates, you are welcome to do so at your booth.
